Has a pond, laundry mats and an activity center. Full time parking areas and over night spots as well as lots of room for rallies! It has multiple showers and bathrooms. The office has some snacks, soft drinks and a small assortment of RV parts to save you a trip. An outside soft drink machine, bagged ice and a newspaper rack are all under a covered area that has private "Mail Boxes" for residents of the Park mail delivery. It's quite dusty when the speed limit of 10 mph is ignored. It is getting better and I know that those of us that call ACRV
The place was wonderful all in all. I was very impressed with the new owners, with exception the backing of their well. VERY SPACIOUS, EXCELLENT AMENITIES!
Park `Home´ can hardly wait til all the "streets" are paved! We've planted a few trees on the lot we occupy for some summer shade, flowers for the hummers and just because we think they're pretty!! We are also under new ownership as of this past summer (2017).
Great RV area, really nice staff, very informative and helpful with questions. Good park with plenty of space, grass and amenities. If you have dogs, there is a fenced area with a gate. There is a lovely pond area with a bench to sit and take in the geese and ducks or fish if you want. The town of Gladewater has several local restaurants, good antique stores with great prices and proprietors that are willing to negotiate. Would highly recommend this RV Park and we will gladly use this park again.

Met with the owners and operators of this RV park yesterday when I offered to take a 360 photo for them. The park is nice. I have an RV and live a little too close to use this for it to make sense but you can look at this park and see that it is taken care of, managed well, advertised well, and popular. It isn't over crowded but stays well populated. I got to see walking trails, foot bridge, areas of reflection, mini-golf course, activities center, concessions, vending, overnight and long-term rental spots, and wash areas.
