So i haven't received any mail in about a month, I call the Post office today to find out why and whats going on. The person on the other side, has no apology for my inconvenience,she gets my information and says she will call me back. So I wait and I wait, as I receive my bills in my mail and with out my bills my children may be without water and electric. After over an hour in waiting for someone to check their computer, which I guess they are using windows '95 as I didn't get a call. I call and the same lady who answered before answers now, she says there is nothing wrong in her system, and she leaves a note for the carrier. A "note" a note, this is the 21st century and we are writing notes to find out why a family is not receiving mail. She states it will be another hour before she can get an answer from the carrier. To me, i was handled with little care and attention. As a tax payer I would think that my inquiries would have better attention.
